Customer Service Conscious Expressions Jewelry's customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers with total satisfaction, every time--guaranteed. Feel free to e-mail us with any questions or special requests. All of my jewelry is quality made using the finest materials. I work with genuine gemstones and use only sterling Silver or the higher grade, Handmade Hill Tribe's Silver from Thailand, for all charms, pendants and jewelry components. Top quality Greek leather is used for all leather designs along with Swarovski Crystals and Pearls. All of my jewelry is guaranteed and comes packaged in a gift box with a Silver polishing cloth. All jewelry is made to order and will usually ship within 48 hours of purchase. Customers will be notified if a delay is expected. Custom Orders Pendants, charms and drops can be changed, added or omitted. Simply order the necklace, anklet, or bracelet you want and then email me or send a note during checkout describing the charm/pendant (SKU# of necklace or bracelet it's from) that you want instead. You may also request a different clasp, ear wire, 2" extender for your necklace, or a custom length. I will email you back confirming your choice. Feel free to email me with any questions or other requests. Please note that there may be an extra charge for a "very few" of the more expensive pendants, charms or other components.Size Information All of our necklaces are 17-18 inches long, unless otherwise noted. Our Anklets come in lengths ranging from 8.5" - 11". Our Bracelets come in lengths ranging from 6.75" - 9". I can usually make any length in 1/4 inches for either anklets or bracelets. All lengths are approximate (as close as I can get). If you need a different size than what is listed, please e-mail us. We will be happy to accommodate you.
